OUR RETURNS POLICY
You may return "stock" items sold by Sterling Media within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. All "custom" items can only be returned if found defective in workmanship. Signed proofs release Sterling Media of any liability due to a customer's oversight. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
SHIPPING METHODS AND POLICY
Stock orders ship within 24hrs. Custom Orders ship with 10 business days. This list contains the shipping methods we offer. If you choose a shipping method not valid for your region, an incorrect shipping amount will be added to your order. We will correct that manually after the order is processed. We may substitute a more suitable shipping method at our discretion. The charges listed are the approximate costs for small shipments.
Insurance is available for any US Postal shipments only to $100. We may switch any order above $100 to an alternate shipping method.
If you wish to pick the order up at our office, choose the will call option. If there is a shipping method not listed here and if you have your own account number for that method, you may enter it in the "your fedex account number" option.

- 3 Day Select (UPS, continental US) $5.00 & up, 3-5 days
- UPS Ground (continental US) $4.50 & up, 3-10 days
- Next Day Air (USA, Fedex, must place order before 2:00PM PST) $18 & up
- Fedex Saturday Overnight (USA, ordered before Friday 2:00PM PST) $25 & up
- Canada DHL $14 & up, 2 days excluding customs
- International Express (Fedex or Airborne) $19 & up, 2-5 days excluding customs
- USPS International Priority $1.00 & up, 3-14 days (insured to $100)
- US Airmail $1.00 & up, 3-10 days (insured to $100)
- Your Fedex account (insert fedex # in comments)
- Add to a previous unshipped order (include order # in comments)
